Footwork and hands. Willie Anderson once told me during one of his OL camps that a lineman is a skilled position also and probably the most difficult one. That stuck with me and I try to perfect it on both sides of the ball every opportunity I get.

A Saturday full of learning, competing against older and bigger guys and making the best of every opportunity to get better .
