What is the Respect & Honor Academy? And how football recruits can train with their virtual event

Looking across America's most popular sport, you'll find one of the most saturated industries in sports. With the advent of NIL and social media, around every corner there are trainers and agents and clothing brands promising to make something out of what high school football recruits have.

So, how does a young quarterback or skill player get connected to a coach who will try to get the most out of them on the field and not off of it?

Easy. They introduce themselves to Coach Aaron, the founder of Respect & Honor Academy, an elite quarterback and football training program for high school athletes. Aaron Campbell founded R&H to help promising athletes around his region of the greater Washington, D.C., working to ready his clients for elite college football, but never forgetting to make them better men off of the field.

With former clients Delaware QB Mike Campbell and Morgan State's DJ Golatt, the R&H training program doesn't just offer the best QB training available on the East Coast - they give clients a complete mentorship program to develop life skills, direct college tours and foster involvement in community service.

Campbell is certainly proud to be plugged into his local DMV community, but when his star pupil, Oklahoma QB Caleb Williams, became an Elite 11 finalist, R&H went national. Coach Aaron was rubbing shoulders with Elite 11 coach Jordan Palmer and some of the top quarterback commits around the nation were getting feedback by the R&H founder.

And with the way the world has shifted to virtual products, Coach Aaron was ready to reach more athletes than ever. The Respect & Honor Academy Training Page allows him to do that with virtual coaching where athletes can submit videos and be evaluated from anywhere in the country.
