Because our mission at GMTM is to connect athletes to opportunities, we are always looking for new and creative ways to increase awareness and create more access for athletes. Our team is proud to launch a new program to bring more athletes, coaches, and opportunities together.
Starting on September 1, 2022, GMTM will be hosting a coaches referral program to encourage more athletes to get connected to Team USA. The referral program will run across GMTM’s social media accounts from September 1, 2022 through September 30, 2022.
The referral program is open to all coaches and trainers who have athletes they want to get in front of Team USA coaches. Team USA is always looking for new athletes to join their network, so we are thrilled to have the opportunity to bring more athletes into their organization.
How does the Referral program Work?
Coaches and trainers can participate in the referral program by following the steps below.
- Respond “I’m In!” to one of our social posts about the program.
- Our team will send you a custom GMTM link.
- Share your custom GMTM link with athletes.
- Create a GMTM profile
- Begin referring Athletes! At least 10 athletes will need to successfully complete their submission to one of the three below Team USA campaigns:
USA Bobsled & Skeleton Digital Combine | USA Triathlon Virtual Combine | USA Weightlifting Combine Series

What are the benefits of participating in the referral program?
The ultimate benefit of participating in the GMTM referral program, is that your athletes will have a chance to get in front of Team USA coaches and try out (virtually) for opportunities they may never have known existed until today. Team USA coaches are always looking for talented athletes to join their teams, so give your athletes the opportunity to get seen, evaluated and potentially recruited, to become a future Olympian.
In addition to the direct benefit to your athletes, every coach and trainer who refers a minimum of ten (10) athletes who successfully complete their submission to one of the three approved campaigns, will receive a prize pack from GMTM. Each prize pack is valued at $50 and contains GMTM gear, and an Amazon gift card.
